Ordering from Ceylonika is simple.

  6. You will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS once your order has been successfully placed.

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location within Sri Lanka.

  • Western Province: 1–3 business days
  • Other Provinces: 2–5 business days

Delivery times may vary during holidays, promotional campaigns, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, you may request changes or cancellation by contacting our Customer Support team as soon as possible.

Once an order has been shipped, modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible.
